Respect Policy
RESPECT POLICY
- At Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs we believe that in order to Live Fully and Act Justly all members of the community need to respect each other.
- Respect is having admiration for a person’s or things good qualities but this is just a tip of the iceberg about respect.
- Respect is many things, it’s not just being polite and being kind it is also about not leaving people out and accepting people’s decisions.
- It’s treating everyone equally and being loyal. It’s making others feel welcomed and treating them the way you want to be treated.
- It is also about being caring towards each other, and having self respect; it’s not being racist, and not judging people.
- In order to do this we need to acknowledge and respect the rights and responsibilities of everyone.
